Jean-Claude Alten
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Alten successfully directed the delivery of millions of square feet of new construction. Supporting a variety of clients from retail to technology, hospitality to corporate, health, banking, museums and manufacturing, Mr. Alten has worked as a Construction Manager, Consultant, Owner’s Project Manager and Representative overseeing new construction, tenant improvements, major renovations, corporate restacks and relocations.
After delivering a broad array of complex construction projects nationally and internationally, Jean-Claude “JC” Alten returned to the Hudson Valley to focus on assisting clients with projects here within his home community, creating a firm focusing on quality and service, exceeding customer expectations with experienced Project Management Services.
